30 days to AMAZING arms

Welcome to Day 1 of Healthista’s new, entirely free 30 day arm workout plan from professional trainer, Kelly Du Buisson. Commit with us to do one of the videos from the challenge every day for the next 30 days and together we will have the tones arms we always wanted.

Here’s how Kelly’s arm workout plan works: commit to doing one of Kelly’s videos everyday for 30 days ( any 30 days that you choose). The videos are only five minutes and range from being focused on breathe and individual muscle movement to fast-paced, full body moves. This series might start out with slow motions but the slowness builds the foundation for the muscle before heavy work starts.  Each day watch your arms and shoulders get toned with only five minutes of working out per-day. Kick off this fall and winter season with an easy to do, feel good, and hard work, exercise routine. Reach for all your goals with your new strong arms.
