By now you are probably settling into the weights, getting used to the new exercises. Time to sink into a comfortable routine and relax? Not in our challenge. Today we are cranking it up a notch and doubling the sets. Two sets of punches. Two sets of “reach and squeezes”. Two sets of single arm eblow extension. Twice the work and twice the fun. Now let’s put in twice the effort and work those arm exercises. ( We use THESE weights)
