Welcome to Day 9 of our totally free 30 day arm toning exercise challenge with trainer Kelly Du Buisson

Kelly says in every video that weights have been optional, until now. Tomorrow we amp it up, by adding resistance bands. Make this workout purposeful. Put intention into  your “ups and outs”.
