Make your arms in tip top shape with this routine that works the tops of your arms. Shoulder rolls, “Ups and ins”, and “reach and squeezes” all prepare your body to start work with weights tomorrow. Don’t forget to make your workout purposeful. Put energy in those cross body pushes and tense your muscles in those bicep curls. Don’t let a day of these 30 days go to waste and go all in.
