In this workout, shoulders reign supreme. A combination of cross body reaches (remember to pull those elbows back), single arm “reach and squeezes” and walk-out-press ups will have your arms starting to ache in that way that we who workout crave. Your muscles are growing and your body wants to thank you for that. Embrace the ache. Soreness is progress.
