We launched the Healthista shop because our expertise in health and wellness is valued by our readers and through the Healthista team’s combined experience we know what works and what’s worth paying for.

Our promise to you is that everything sold in the Healthista shop has been expertly curated by us. That also means every item is something we would recommend in our editorial features, shout about to our friends and family or buy and use ourselves.

Our Healthista Shop features products we genuinely use ourselves, have tried and tested for editorial stories and enthusiastically recommend to readers. If we wouldn’t recommend it to our dearest friends and relatives, it’s not in our shop.


We never assume you have loads of money to buy expensive products so we select our products in the same way we would shop for ourselves, by always being mindful about price.

Returns and refunds

We hope you love the Healthista products you’ve ordered and enjoyed shopping with us.

By law, customers located in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within fourteen days of the day after the date the item is delivered, however this does not apply to perishable items or sealed items that cannot be returned once unsealed for reasons of health or hygiene. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied our returns policy is as follows:

  • Upon receipt, you must inspect your goods. If your order as detailed in the order confirmation email sent to you does not correlate with your goods received or correspond with its description
  • If the product delivered is faulty, damaged or not fit for purpose

If the item was delivered in error or if the item was damaged or defective the cost of returning the goods will be the responsibility of Healthista. In all other cases, you will be responsible for the costs of returning items.

For any goods to return please send in original packaging and condition with barcode intact to:

Please ensure the returned parcel is properly sealed and you obtain a Proof of Postage when you return the goods to us.

Once your refund has been processed it can take your card provider 3 to 5 days working days to credit your account. Refunds will be processed to the original payment card.

Cancellations and changes

A cancellation or change of order will only come into effect once you receive a confirmation email from. As stated above, you will be responsible for, and your credit card may be charged for, the payment of all fees associated with orders already processed or shipped before your cancellation/change request was received.

Prices and availability

We try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate but errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of a product you have ordered, we will not be liable to supply that item to you at the stated price, provided we notify you before the item is dispatched. We will inform you of the correct price as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel no payment will be taken from your card.

Prices shown are inclusive of UK Value Added Tax. Prices do include delivery charges or other taxes which may be applied. We accept payment by debit or credit card only. Payment will be debited from your account at the time of or shortly before dispatch of the product to you.

You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Fraudulent use of credit cards will be reported to the relevant authorities. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment we will not accept your order and we will not be responsible for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the reason for the refusal.

We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment in accordance with your order.

Allergic reactions

Very occasionally some people may have reactions to certain products they haven’t used before.

Please read the manufacturer’s leaflets or labels with a product to see if they are likely to cause you a problem.

If you do have a reaction to any of our products we recommend consulting your doctor in the first instance. Please inform us of your reaction and which product it relates to, to and we will respond.
