Arm workout plan: day 2

Welcome back for day 2 of our arm challenge workout plan with trainer Kelly Du Buisson. 

In this challenge, we do one short  five minute workout video with Kelly a day. A new video is posted everyday with exercises that  will refresh and energize you. The stretching moves in these first few videos will leave you wondering why your arms are so sore: a workout with barely realizing how much you are toning your muscle in the process.
