Did you all enjoy your “rest” day. Even if we are resting, we don’t stop bringing the intensity to these workout. Today is another easy day, just some big arm circles, some arm lifts and ten downward dog-push-ups. The last bit might have been a tad sarcastic, we admit but it brings some lightheartedness to this serious exercise. If you feel like this workout is too tough and you want to give up, take a deep breath and fake a smile. That pause will give you the motivation and plow through the rest of the workout.
