We made it all the way to this point, together. For only five minutes a day, our arms feel stronger and look more toned. But just because we are in the second half of the 30 day challenge doesn’t mean we are going to slack off. We are going to double our sets of bent-over-rows, and put real energy into those lateral pushes. From warm ups to downward-dog-push-ups, we are going to bring the intensity and make this at home arm workout one of the best yet. ( we use these resistance bands)
