Welcome to Day 10 of our totally free 30 day arm workouts challenge with trainer Kelly Du Buisson
Ten days already? Together we are ten days stronger and ten days closer to toned arms. Today is all prep for a big more forward tomorrow in our training. The usual cross body reaches and punches with the dumbells are conditioning our bodies for the next step. To work on those muscles, we are adding in a crab-walk push up in which you take the push-up position, and take a step to the side after each one. Enjoy the light free weights while it lasts, onward and upward to stronger arms.
