Today, the workouts will be harder. it is pointless to resist (and not just because we are using resistance bands). But seriously, these bands are what really help the muscle grow. A variation of “up and outs” (overhead presses) and the forward press with the band closely mimic the action of benching a barbell at the gym all while in your own home. By the time you get to those crab-walk-push-ups at the end, you will be so tired. We have to band together to resist the tiredness to go on with our days.
