Don’t let day 13 be an unlucky day for you. In fact, you are blessed with the good luck of progressing to another stage of the workout. Today we are focusing more on the back than the shoulders which we have been working so far. With our resistance bands, we are going to learn the bent over row, and perfect our overhead press. We are also introducing the triangle base push-up. With all of the best arm exercises in this workout, you won’t even have to worry if a black cat crosses your yoga mat.
