Arm exercise routine day 14

Welcome to Day 14 of our totally free 30 day arm exercise routine with trainer Kelly Du Buisson – today we’re waking up new muscles with bent over rows. If you’re just joining the challenge, scroll to the bottom and click on the link for day one to get started

What do you all think about the bent-over-row? Challenging right? It works some of those muscles that have not been very active so far. When it comes to the bent over row, remember to keep your  back flat and  your elbows in. Because we use our shoulders so much in every day life, consider choosing a band with higher resistance for this exercise. We don’t know what you all think, but getting through those triangle-base push-ups makes us feel very accomplished. Keep up the energy. Two full weeks in and we already can feel our shoulders becoming stronger.
