Arm weight training program day 16

Welcome to Day 16 of our  30 day arm training program with professional personal trainer Kelly Du Buisson 

Two and a half weeks solid work so far, nice job ladies. Today is a  bit of a rest day and you all have earned it. Twice as many warm up exercises,one set elbow extensions, hammer curls and overhead press ( with resistance bands) plus 8 downward-dog-push-ups. That’s it. Don’t look at the time bar at the bottom of the screen, if fact you can do this at your own pace. But keep the workout purposeful. It’s only ten or each exercise, that’s it. Only ten. You can do ten. If you push yourself, try doing 12. You are only as strong as your determination to succeed.
