Arm muscle workout challenge day 19

Welcome to Day 19 of our totally free 30 day arm muscle workout challenge with trainer Kelly Du Buisson. If you’re just joining the challenge, scroll to the bottom and click on the link for day one to get started

Today, let’s dive-bomb our way, headfirst, into this workout. Literally, downward-dog-push-ups are being replaced by a slightly more complex  variation on the push up that challenges your muscle control and tests your new arm strength. Kelly will explain how to do this move so don’t worry if it’s difficult at first. Build up to that with your forward and side lifts. Remember that you can always pause the video and go at your own pace. So let’s jump right in!
