Today is dedicated to a new move in this workout. Many of you do yoga, or have done yoga in the past and are pretty familiar with downward dog and child’s pose. But today we are mixing up our downward dog pushups by combining it with the half moon pose. So in this workout, you will be doing your downward dog push-ups on only one leg, the other leg straight behind you in the air. Some of you may need to modify this for balance and that is entirely okay. I would recommend resting your leg on the ground in between push-ups or simply doing regular downward-dog-push-ups as an alternative.
