Ah the relief. Day 30 has come to officially end this home workout challenge. Do you feel amazing?
Congrats to everyone for pulling through, you’ve done it. Give yourself a pat on the back and celebrate with a tasty snack and a glass of wine – but only once you complete Day 30 otherwise what would all that hard work be for?
For one last time, celebrity PT Svava Sigbertsdottir packs all the killer fitness moves into Day 30 to end the challenge with a bang. Excited as we are?
If it’s anything you crush in your self-isolation period (besides that virus of course), let it be this 30 day home workout challenge.
That’s one of your goals achieved and ticked off the list, but don’t stop there, be sure to continue again if you can. You’ve got the time right, so why not? A quick and fun way to keep you toned and fit through quarantining.
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Squat with twist and punch overhead holding water bottles
- Move #2 Balancing on one leg, jump, kick and switch balancing leg
- Move #3 Downward dog with knee to elbow
- Move #4 Squat with twist and punch to the side
- Move #5 Burpee with donkey kick
