In case you don’t have weights or dumbbells to hand – for day three, Svava has you well equipped with some cool DIY alternatives. Water bottles.
Yep you read correct, either half a litre or a full one or two litres, she doesn’t care as long as you have two in hand – they make the perfect dumbbell substitute to continue building strength and tone your core.
Remember, ‘you shouldn’t be good at anything when you first start out, it should be hard’, says Svava. So that’s a bit of motivation for you.
Let’s get moving and sweat it out.
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
Move #1 Squat to shoulder press
Move #2 Walking plank / half burpee
Move #3 Water bottle rotation, balancing on one leg
