Sumo squats, high planks into downward dog, side planks – these are today’s exciting movements with a twist to make you sweat.
Control each movement for a real burn in the core, building strength and stamina. If it was easy, the core wouldn’t have to work that much, says Svava. So it’s got to be difficult otherwise how you going to get that great toned body?
When you get tired, make sure you open up your heart rather than falling forward to catch your breath as this restricts your breathing. Remember to open your chest and breathe.

10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
Move #1 Narrow squat, jump into a wide squat and jump back into narrow squat
Move #2 Kneeling lunge into kick (one side)
Move #3 High plank with side step out into bent legged downward dog
Move #4 Kneeling lunge into kick (alternative side)
