Day five focuses on agility, speed and engaging your core muscles.
Think, side to side shuffles (almost like a dance shuffle), hamstring kicks (not ballet kicks, the feisty ones), and tricep extensions with Svava’s signature water bottles to hand – it’s your killer workout in a nutshell.
There’s also high plank twists using your obliques, teaching you body control as well as balance and stability whilst pumping up your heart rate.
You might also find that you have one body side weaker than the other (eg. left leg stronger than the right or vice versa), but don’t let this put you off.
‘You don’t need anything else but your determined viking mindset’, says Svava.

10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Side to side shuffles
- Move #2 High kicks on one side
- Move #3 Kneeling tricep extension with water bottles
- Move #4 High kicks on alternative side
- Move #5 High plank twist
