The Viking Method is a great way to get you in shape with a full body fat burning workout that will make you sweat.
Take your time with these exercises to focus on your movements and make sure that you are feeling that burn and not rushing through it.
There is no need to leave the house to get into shape and with no equipment necessary, what is your excuse?
Take a deep breathe and let’s get into it.
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Squat with pulse and jump
- Move #2 Kneeling into squat into lunge
- Move #3 Plank with straight arm raises into downwards dog for ankle taps
- Move #4 Skaters
- Move #5 Plank with arm extension and alternate leg to elbow
