Grab two water bottles and get ready for some squatting, core and arm work.
‘Really try to enjoy the feeling of how your body is when working out,’ says Svava, who focuses on making you feel present in your work out.
So prepare yourself for a quick workout that is sure to burn and transform— working your body from glutes to arms. 10 minutes is all it takes.
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Squat with water bottle swings overhead
- Move #2 Lunge with water bottle row
- Move #3 Downward dog into plank with knee to opposite elbow
- Move #4 Squat to wide squat pulses
- Move #5 Burpee
Repeat one more time.
