Welcome back to our home workout series as we continue with day seven, we are a whole week in!
For today’s workout the only equipment we will use today is a chair. So, grab your sweat towel and let’s get started.
Ready to burn those calories?
10 minutes, five moves, two sets.
Perform each of the five moves for 40 seconds, followed by 20 seconds rest.
- Move #1 Squat jumps forward and back with chair
- Move #2 Tricep dips with chair
- Move #3 Elevated split squat with chair
- Move #4 Elevated split squat with chair other leg
- Move #5 Walk-out elevated plank
Repeat one more time.
We have enlisted celebrity personal trainer Svava Sigbertsdottir who will be guiding us through challenging moves that burn the fat and strengthen the core.
Whether you’re a beginner or advanced we have alternates for each exercise so you that you can make the most out of this workout no matter you level.
