Welcome to Day 22 of our  30 day arm fitness program challenge with professional personal trainer Kelly Du Buisson – if you’re just joining us scroll down and click on the link for Day One to get started 

We are continuing the new series of exercises  we learned yesterday, working with light weight dumbbells. So more chest presses, more tricep-extensions, and more muscle. Engage you whole body in those walk up-walk down push ups. Use the muscles you have built up over the month to push you through this work out. Lets get em’ ladies.
