Just 10 more days! But don’t think that just because the month is almost over that we are going to be relaxing. Remember those weights we used in the beginning? (We use THESE weights) Now that you are stronger from your work with the resistance band, go up a kg or two for these next few days. We will start out slow with some bent-over-rows and some chest presses and finish with our last set of dive bombs. Remember as always that control is key when working with free weights, so go slow and engage those abs when doing the exercises.
