While it might be getting colder outside, things are heating up in today’s workout. We are going with full intensity for our last day with resistance bands before moving on to a heavier set of free weights. If your body feels a little stiff from the cold, add a bit more stretching in the beginning of the workout to warm up those shoulders. Those forward arm lifts and punches with the resistance band are sure to get your blood flowing. Your shoulders should be showing more defined muscles. Just one more sign to show all the progress you are making.
