How did you all feel about the plank-walk-up-walk-downs? We thought it was pretty tough, but we can do it because we are strong. That’s right. After almost a whole month of these workouts, you can do those moves. we believe in ourselves that we can do it. So even if we introduce some more complex floor work such as chest flies and arm/leg extensions, that we have the ability to get through it with control and purpose.
