Don’t let the slightly more complex moves of this workout get you down. It’s only five minutes, but in that time, lift-and-lowers and reverse planks will make our muscles burn. Relish it. It mean that you are now strong enough to do moves you couldn’t do at the start. Reward yourself, you have come so far. One week left!
