Today we are going to learn a rather funny move. It is actually called doing a single-arm-push-up, but in our opinion it looks like you are laying down and trying to get up with a stomach ache, but our opinion is in jest. This exercise is actually really good for your abs, your laterals, and your arms. You will be feeling it in the morning, we are sure of it. And, after all that arm work, you still have five push ups left. We know you all can do it. Only a handful of days left. Let’s push through!
