Don’t think we are going to let you off easy for these last few days. Today, we are combining our planks with our bent over rows, to make plank rows. Assume the plank position and row with one arm at a time. If this gets to hard, feel free to drop onto your knees for this exercise and try to do all 4 push-ups in plank. There is a lot of ab work in today’s video so take a break when you need to, drink some water, and come back ready to blast through the rest of the workout.
