It’s about delivering what your body needs naturally to function optimally – good nutrition and movement can help you feel better mentally too so being healthy is important for this.
Good health also means that you are investing in your future – it’s cliche I know but without your health you can’t achieve all of the things you desire.
You can still treat yourself though – health doesn’t have to equal deprivation just moderation ( most of the time with the occasional blow out! )
