We are continuing the new series of exercises we learned yesterday, working with light weight dumbbells. So more chest presses, more tricep-extensions, and more muscle. Engage you whole body in those walk up-walk down push ups. Use the muscles you have built up over the month to push you through this work out. Lets get em’ ladies.
