All you need is a blender and the ingredients, a lot of which are used in every smoothie, so get stocking that cupboard.
For Day 16 Vitamin Hit – the best smoothie for an immune boost – you will need:
2 slices of cantaloupe
Handful of blackberries
Handful of spinach
200ml of rice milk
