All you need is a blender and the ingredients, a lot of which are used in every smoothie, so get stocking that cupboard.
For Day 4 Raspberry and Beetroot Zinger you will need:
- Handful of frozen blackberries
- Few pieces of beetroot
- Some ginger
- Handful of raspberries
- 200ml of coconut water
