All you need is a blender and the ingredients, a lot of which are used in every smoothie, so get stocking that cupboard.
For Day 3 Sunny Delight, smoothie for weight loss – you will need:
- Couple slices of apple
- One date
- Pineapple few pieces
- Handful of banana
