You made it through our 30 Day Bikini Body Challenge with personal trainer, Henlu Van Der Westhuizen. Congrats! But if you’re just joining us, don’t worry you can start anytime, scroll down for links to previous days 

With the help of Henlu Van Der Westhuizen, co-founder of HHH Health Retreats, we have a variety of HIIT exercises for you to try out, each day, for 30 days.
