Our 30 Day Bikini Body Challenge with personal trainer, Henlu Van Der Westhuizen, is designed to help you get beach body ready with daily five minute HIIT exercises that are perfect to do in the comforts of your own home. If you’re just joining us, scroll down for the links to previous days

With the help of Henlu Van Der Westhuizen, co-founder of HHH Health Retreats, we have a variety of HIIT exercises for you to try out, each day, for 30 days.

We’re almost there – only three more bikini body workouts to get through now. We’re sticking with the 40 second exercises, 20 second break. Today the exercises we’re going to do include some cross body mountain climbers which are great for your core. Enjoy!
