IT’S DAY 5! Our 30 Day Bikini Body Challenge with personal trainer, Henlu Van Der Westhuizen, is designed to help you get beach body ready with daily five minute HIIT exercises to do at home. If you’re just joining us, scroll down for a link to day one to get you started

With the help of Henlu Van Der Westhuizen, co-founder of HHH Health Retreats, we have a variety of HIIT exercises for you to try out, each day, for 30 days.

It’s day five and we hope that you have got in to the swing of things. Like usual, today will be a series of 45 second exercises with 15 second rests.
