  • Small handful of mint
  • Large batch of spinach
  • 1 apple
  • 1 cantaloupe
  • 1 nectarine
  • 1 kiwi
  • Large batch of blackberries
  • 1 tomato
  • 1 banana
  • 3 figs
  • 2 dates
  • 1 pear
  • 1 small pineapple
  • 1 beet root
  • 2 plums
  • Medium batch of strawberries

From the refrigerated isle

  • 200 ml coconut water
  • 200 ml almond milk
  • 400ml rice milk
  • 600 ml hemp milk
  • 500g carton coconut yoghurt

From the healthy isle
