Today’s in-depth pose is called Utkatasana, or the Chair Pose. This pose strengthens the shoulders, back and legs as you squat down in a seated position with your arms extended in the air.
Also called the Fierce Pose or the Awkward Pose, this move is excellent for lengthening the body.
