Day 14 of Healthista’s 30 Day Yoga Challenge focuses on Triangle pose – trikonasana. Triangle helps strengthen the core and open the hips and shoulders, as well as engaging the entire body.
According to Sarah, Triangle pose is ‘Great for lengthening the body’.
