How were the weights yesterday? Are your arms sore and tired? Ours are. How about those reach and squeezes? Today, we are kicking it up a notch almost literally. Along with the stretches and warm ups you know so well by now we are introducing punches, with weights. Keep the energy high and bounce a little, staying on your toes, and put more force into the punch to intensify your workout in an almost kickboxing style. Plus, we are mixing it up with a new push up routine. You have made it a whole week. Keep calm and work those arms like hell. ( We use THESE weights)
