Welcome to Day 6 of our totally free 30 day arm fitness challenge with trainer Kelly Du Buisson
This challenge is getting heavier ( and not just because we started adding weights today). Bring the intensity to your arm blasting workouts. The weights (we use THESE) add resistance to your exercises, making you work that much harder to get the arms you want. Today, we will be doing single arm exercises, cross body pushes with the weights and doing out last sets of walk-out-press-ups for the time being. Let’s give it our A game ladies.
