Day 18 of our 30 Day Yoga Challenge focuses on Tree Pose. Also known as Vrksasana, the pose has many benefits for the body.
Not only does it build strength in the lower body and abdominal muscles, it’s also therapeutic for those of us with lower back pain.
According to Sarah, to achieve this post you should, ‘bring your hands towards the heart centre and lift your chest up towards the ceiling.’
