30 day HIIT challenge – day 1

Looking for a way to get fit fast? Welcome to day one of Healthista’s 30 day HIIT challenge with trainer Kelly Du Buisson. Make a commitment to do five minutes a day with Kelly and you’ll be well on your way to feeling and looking fitter

All you need to do is watch Healthista’s 30-day HIIT challenge video with trainer Kelly Du Buisson and then stick around for the next 30 days. This free workout video is fat burning and will help you work your way to that leaner and fitter body in a short amount of time.

No equipment is needed as these exercises all make use of your own body weight. They’re also the perfect exercises for if you’re working out in a small space. Plus high impact and lower impact options are available so don’t worry if you’re just a beginner. There are three exercises in each routine, so let’s get started!
