There’s no need to buy pomegranate seeds off the supermarket shelf; Nutritionist Alli Godbold shows us how to peel a pomegranate fast
First, cut the pomegranate into quarters. Then take a quarter and pop the seeds out into a bowl using your fingers. Its important to do this away from you, as the juice can sting. Do the same for each quarter, making sure to remove the white pith.
