Learn how to peel ginger quickly in this kitchen tip from nutritionist Alli Godbold. There are so many other things to do and we do not want to sacrifice a good, healthy meal because we run out of time to cook. Get peeled ginger in under 30 seconds here. Hint: the trick is in the utensil you use
Time is of the essence when in the kitchen. To peel ginger in record time and get going on your cooking, first cut the ginger in half. Then, from the larger to smaller end peel towards you. The great secret? Use a teaspoon. It comes right off and you keep all the nutritious flesh you normally lose.
