How to chop a pepper

Nutritionist Alli Godbold shares her 30-second tip on how to chop a pepper quickly and effectively 

First, you cut the top off the pepper, and then cut the pepper in half. Next, you remove the seeds using your fingers and cut out the pith with your knife. Finally, you chop it. Simple as that!
