Hannah Barrett is a London-based yoga teacher with a passion for helping people transform their lives through yoga. In this 20 minute sequence, she talks you through a calming, relaxing yoga flow session for anxiety/

You’ll start in a lusciously grounding child’s pose, calming your breathing and then gently moving into the practice with a gentle warm up before flowing into the sequence of more challenging standing poses, forward bends, twists and backbends.

Yoga has given Hannah the tools she needs to thrive and feel strong in her everyday life, especially during her pregnancies.

The way yoga has supported Hannah in her journey through motherhood has encouraged her to share what she’s learnt, and helping women in pregnancy and postpartum has become her vocation.

Hannah’s aim is to share the incredible benefits of yoga with as many people as possible through her classes and her postnatal, yoga-inspired book’Strength Through Yoga.

As the resident yoga teacher on the new Healthista Collective which launches on Monday, Hannah will be bringing you regular yoga practices to help different conditions.
