Yoga for Mobility:
It’s time for day two, how are you feeling after yesterdays HIIT with Svava Sigbertsdottir?
If you are feeling slightly sore after yesterday don’t worry, as day two is a yoga flow that will help to loosen and stretch out the whole body, such as opening out your shoulders and lower back and stretching out your hamstrings.
Featuring classic yoga moves such as child’s pose, cat cow, table top, downward dog and much more, this is a great yoga flow to help you reset your body and can be done any time of the day – all you need is 20 minutes and a mat!
